Is yoga good for weight loss??


Well yes, regular yoga practice can influence weight loss. 

 (for example food and liquid consumed) 
is less than their caloric expenditure.

 however, yoga can increase one's mindfulness and the way one relates to their body.

 So, individuals will become more aware of what they are eating and make better food choices. 


   Persons may avoid foods that make them feel sluggish (most processed foods etc). Instead, persons will seek out foods that are healthier, which then may lead to weight loss.


  Many individuals eat more when they are going through stressed and yoga can be use to help combat stress, which can influence one's energy intake.


  Yoga is a sophisticated tradition with physical, relaxation and breathing exercises. but aerobic exercises what helps you lose weight.


  If someone wants to lose weight in yoga class, they are going to have to be in a class that challenges them.


There's all different levels of yoga. 


There is yoga that's meant for the mind, and there's power yoga that's more of an exercise. You've got to be sure that you're doing something more than just a mind experience with relaxing stretches, if you want to lose weight.
